The marketplace includes in-hand verification by a network of verifiers to ensure the quality of items across sellers and buyers, making Vendi a top tech secondary marketplace with a mainstream security layer on the platform.
We created a solid foundation with our design team to research and methodically test new creative angles for the ads themselves, along with refreshing the top performing ads when they reached a high frequency of impressions, which began to reduce CTR and ROAS with new variations.
That allowed us to increase the ROAS by 137% and increase the CTR by 11%, with CPA reduced by 43%. We also restructured the account to avoid cannibalization among our client campaigns and implemented better structure to test and receive clear performance data.
